What is a custom order at Cannabake DC?
A custom order is your way to request something beyond the standard menu: a larger quantity, a specific baked good or treat, or fresh-baked edibles made for a special occasion such as birthdays. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know what we can put together for you!
How do I request a custom order?
Text (202) 375-1776 with the details: what you're looking for, how much, and when you need it. Include a selfie and valid 21+ government ID like any order. We'll confirm what's possible, the donation involved, and a delivery time across DC or Northern Virginia.
Can you bake custom edibles for an event or party?
Often, yes. Fresh-baked edibles are our specialty. Reach out with what you'd like and the date, and we'll let you know what we can prepare. Our cuustom edibles are hard to distinguish from regular goodies, so keep them out of reach of anyone underage.
How much advance notice do you need for a custom order?
The more lead time, the better. For custom-baked edibles, such as birthday cakes or going away cakes, or larger requests, reach out at least a few days ahead, and even earlier around weekends, holidays, and big DC events when we're busiest. We'll always tell you upfront whether we can hit your timeline.
Can I request a brand or strain that isn't on the menu?
You're welcome to ask. Our menu reflects what's fresh and in stock, but if there's a specific brand, strain, or product you're after, text (202) 375-1776 and we'll do our best to source it. We can't guarantee every request, but we'll always let you know what's available.
Is there a minimum for custom orders?
Yes. Our standard daily minimums still apply: $60 Tuesday through Thursday and $80 Friday through Sunday. Larger or more involved custom requests may call for a higher minimum. We'll confirm the exact amount when we review the details of your custom order.
